International Consultant - Assessment of the Mental Health Service System of the Social Welfare and Labour Sector

UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an International Consultant - Assessment of the Mental Health Service System of the Social Welfare and Labour Sector.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Education: Post graduate degree in Social Work, Medicine, Public Health or other relevant discipline(s).
  • Ten years of relevant professional work experience in the area of mental health.
  • Solid research capacity
  • Experience in supporting strategic planning, development or management of mental health services.
  • Good experience in assessments and evaluation, especially of mental health services
  • Familiarity with mental health and social welfare and labour sector in Viet Nam is an asset
  • Knowledge on human rights and child rights
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
