This Head of P&C is responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of WWF-Cambodia’s P&C Strategies,  Policy and Procedures in line with the Country Strategic Plan. As a member of the Country Management Team (CMT), the role has the responsibility to create and implement a culture of collaboration, innovation and results focus on the country office, and ensure the desired organizational values and behaviors are embedded in all key people and culture processes.  S/he will work across the different functions of the organization in order to establish an optimal working environment in which the staff are able to perform at the highest level and are able to maximize their contribution toward the conservation goals, ensure gender diversity and retain the right people for the organization.
