“The Project on support for farmers’ income improvement through the revitalization of integrated agriculture in hilly areas” is a joint project between NPO, International Farmers Participation Technical Net-work (IFPaT) and Tay Bac University (TBU), implemented under the framework of JICA Partnership Program.
