Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

ECUE is a social enterprise working on Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. We are looking for a specialist to join our team on full time basis. We are also open for part-time or short-term contract.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in research, training and programming on Gender equality, Diversity and Inclusion as well as other social and cultural issues
• Support communication team to design and execute communication campaigns
• Contribute to the development of ECUE programs 

Job requirements

• Have strong background and experience in areas of gender, diversity and inclusion
• Have strong experience in research and/or training could be a plus
• Have experience with business sector is an advantage
• Have ability to communicate fluently in English is a plus

Job information

• Work in Hanoi and travel on occasional basis
• Report to the director of ECUE
• Work on cutting-edge issues and with leading experts
• Salary and benefit is responsive to the contribution to ECUE
