Fundraising Manager

Blue Dragon Children's Foundation is seeking a Fundraising Manager (expatriate) to support our work with some of Vietnam’s most vulnerable children. Blue Dragon kids are street kids, children with disabilities, children at risk of trafficking and exploitation, and survivors of human trafficking. Our primary aim is to rescue kids from danger, reunite them with their families when we can, and provide all the services needed for recovery and growth.

We need an experienced manager to lead our Fundraising Team. We are interested in someone with a proven track record in fundraising, sales, marketing or project management; or transferable skills.

As Fundraising Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to generate income for Blue Dragon
• Manage donor relationships and identify new funding opportunities
• Ensure  quality  control  in all external stakeholder engagement
• Ensure effective management of donor information
• Work closely with the communications staff to develop supportive materials
• Provide leadership to the team; create a working environment that supports and motivates the team, and inspires excellence and continual learning

The position may be part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate’s experience and availability.
