Firms/Institutes/Organizations/NGOs for Initiatives to Address Stigma and Discrimination Faced by LGBT People

UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified Vietnamese firms/institutes/organizations/NGOs for Initiatives to address stigma and discrimination faced by LGBT people.

Main objectives are:

- to promote initiatives of addressing the stigma and discrimination toward LGBT people as well as innovative ways to entailing changes in social, cultural and legal constructions toward quarantining equal rights for LGBT people in Viet Nam;

- to experiment possible solutions in reducing the stigma and discrimination at a small scale which can be duplicated at a larger scale, in term of targeting population and/or geographical areas.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
