Film Maker for Project Documentation

Organization and project description: Established in 1993, Plan International Vietnam is an international child-centered community development organization. Plan is working in partnership with local people; organizations and government bodies to help children in Vietnam meet their basic needs as well as expand their opportunities to reach their full potential. Supported by NZAIDS, Early Childhood Care and Development Project has been implemented by Plan International Vietnam in Gia Lai province from 2011 to 2017. The project’s overall goal is to reach Education for all targets in Gia Lai Province by improving young children’s development and wellbeing through effective and holistic early childhood interventions.

We are looking for experienced, qualified and motivated candidates for the position as below:

Position: Consultant -  film maker for project documentation (ToR attached)
Working location: Gia Lai province
Timeline: March – April 2017

Note: The consultant is requested to provide an estimated budget for consultancy service and DVD production only (including 10% PIT). All transportation and accommodation/meal costs will be paid separately by Plan.
