Experts to Develop Methodologies, Modules and Criteria for Public Organizational Performace Appraisal in Viet nam

Project “Supporting the implementation of PAR in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh” (called PAR MOHA) funded by UNDP and other donors started in 2013 till the end of 2016. One of main objective of the project is to supporting PAR implementation and share PAR initiatives nation- wide. In its previous phase (2009-2013), UNDP had supported MOHA to successfully develop PAR Index. This year, it is essential for PAR MOHA project to continue to support MOHA to develop Criteria for Public Organizational Performance Appraisal , contributing to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of public services of public sectors in Viet Nam. In cooperation with PAR Dept MOHA, the PMU of PAR MOHA project will recruit a group of 02 experts to develop methodologies, modules and criteria for public organizational performace appraisal in Viet nam.

Work duration: 45 days starting April 2016.

Work locations: in Hanoi and other locations, as required by project.
