Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling, travel, meetings, communications and other daily activities for the Chairman.
- Organize and complete all administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
- Participate in internal, governmental and external meetings, responsible for maintaining agenda and translations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and translations with utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate paper document and computer filing systems.

Qualifications:
- College Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in international or English language organization
- Demonstrated and professional detailed organizational skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, spoken and translation of English

Requirements:
- Live in or relocate to Hoi An, one time relocation bonus provided.
- Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holiday as needed.
- Vietnamese Citizen preferred.
- Non-smokers only.
