Vacancy: Event planning Internship
Based in Hanoi

We are looking for candidates for the position of Event planning Intern to work in our Hanoi office.

• Main responsibilities: Support the following functions:
• Setting up & confirming appointment,
• On-site management
• Directly communicating with vendors, clients, members.
• Overall design of invitation suites
• Budget & timeline development

Desirable competencies:

• Excellent English skills
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Positive work attitude
• Interest in sustainable development
