EOI Consultancy on Holding Political Dialogue Forums in Provincial and District Levels in Cao Bang

Title: Support in holding the policy dialogue forums on agriculture and forestry at provincial and district levels in Cao Bang

Maximum budget: 18 500ERUR – performance period from November to 31 December 2013

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services to Support in holding the policy dialogue forums on agriculture and forestry at provincial and district levels in Cao Bang (Services)” on behalf of Project VIE/029 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any Consulting firms legally established, specialised in agro-economy, business development, business administration.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the areas assessing private sector involvement in value chain and implementing promotion activities.

The start of the contract is foreseen from November 2013 until December 2013 for the duration within 02 months. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang city and districts/communes, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to 18 500 EUR.

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The latter are available on request at the postal and email addresses given below. The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) companies evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
