District National Expert

After a Multi-Sector Rural Development Project (2002-2007) in Quy Chau district, Government of Vietnam, Nghe An Province and Kingdom of Belgium have agreed to implement a second project in the same district. The project will be implemented through national execution modality and will primarily focus on assisting the provincial government in translating Public Administration Reform (PAR) policy related to decentralized planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring and evaluation in to concrete actions. It will also provide resources, guidance and capacity development to the district and communes to practice the decentralized approaches.The project of "Poverty reduction through institutional strengthening in Quy Chau district and at Nghe An provincial levels" (PORIS) Nghe An is looking for a District National Expert working in Quy Chau district, Nghe An province.
