The Component Trade and Marketing of Forest Products is one of three components of the Forestry Program, financed by German International Cooperation (GIZ) to Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), implemented by GFA Consulting Group within the context of the Program with the first phase from Jan. 2006 – Oct. 2008, the second phase from Oct.2008 – Sep 2011 and in the third phase from Oct. 2011 until 31 March 2014. Responsibilities: - Work in close collaboration with other staff members of the Community Development Program, international experts, as well as interns/volunteers to build a solid capacity building program for marginalized populations (drug users, sex workers, people living with HIV, men who have sex with men…). - Develop sets of training materials on leadership, organizational development, management skills for community leaders of marginalized populations.
