Consulting Agency for ILO/ENHANCE Project to Produce Video Documentary

ILO ENHANCE is seeking an agency to document evidence of improved livelihoods and prospects of families and children who have benefited from project support; enhanced capacity of national stakeholders to respond to child labour; and positive impacts on attitudes and awareness on child labour. The video will also show key challenges encountered by the project, and how they were overcome, including the impacts of COVID-19 on project implementation, innovations/changes to adapt to the situation, and lessons learnt from implementing activities in this context. The final product will take the form of short documentary video (around 10 minutes in length), featuring interviews with selected beneficiaries and implementing partners and footage from selected localities. The video will build on existing footage and impact stories used for a previous project video, with a goal to capture a more complete picture of the project and its impacts to date.
