Vacancy: Consultant(s) to translate Life Skills for Success (LS4S) SCI Common Approach materials from English to Vietnamese

Location: Hanoi

The objective of the consultancy service

The consultant is going to provide translation service for the Life Skills for Success (LS4S) SCI Common Approach materials from English to Vietnamese. The SCI project management team will use the translated materials for smoothly developing and finalizing the Yen Bai contextualized life skills training manual and tools for the relevant training courses of the project.

Deliverables:

A translator will start the work from 2nd November and must complete before 13th November 2020. The LS4S materials included:

• LS4S Comprehensive Overview: 32 pages;
• LS4S Overview: 2 pages;
• LS4S toolkits: 52 pages

TOTAL: 86 pages

Experience and skill set required for Translator

• Advanced University Degree in English
• At least 3 years of experience in translating the documents relating to operational manual, social development area, education, life skills.
• Have strong knowledge on international development, social development, social sciences
• Able to allocate resource for a tight deadline contract
• Strong experience in translating the same types of documents
