Consultants to Execute Consulting Service Packages of the Project Forth-year Workplan

Management Unit of the Ha Tinh Agricultural Development Project is seeking for consultants to execute consulting service packages of the forth-year Workplan (2015) of the Project as follows:

- Package No.03 TV-2015: Providing technical advice on VietGAP application process for green tea; certification evaluation and evaluation on monitoring of application of VietGAP standards for 300 tea producers in Ky Thuong Commune, Ky Anh district.
- Package No.04 TV-2015: Mapping and assessment of roles of cooperatives and collaborative groups (related to five value chains of rice, green tea, vegetable, beef and pork)
- Package No.05 TV-2015: Providing training on operation and management of collaborative groups/cooperatives and business planning for CGs/cooperative staff and farmers
- Package No.08 TV-2015: Conducting survey and assessment of the effectiveness of small-scale infrastructure works supporting agricultural development and current status of operation and maintenance of works
- Package No.09 TV-2015: Providing technical service on establishment and strengthening of water user groups
- Package No.13 TV-2015: Providing training of trainer course on Farmer Field School (FFS) and developing FFS manual for rice, beef and pork value chains.
