Irish Aid is currently recruiting consultant(s) to conduct an external evaluation of Irish Aid funded project Support Network for People with Disabilities by East Meets West Foundation in Da Nang city.
Interested partners are invited to submit an expression of interest and proposals to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> by COB 8 May 2012.
The proposal should provide the following information:
a) Outline of the evaluation approach and methodology to undertaking the assignment
b) Profile of staff proposed for the assignment
c) Detailed quotation for the evaluation, showing days and costs by individual team member
