Consultants to Conduct End-of-Project Evaluation

The “Support to hearing impaired children, especially of ethnic minorities” project was officially commenced in Ha Giang in 2003. However, it was not continuously implemented. During phase III from 2010 to 2012, with the close collaboration between Ha Giang Department of Education and Training; Ha Giang Centre for supporting children with disabilities and Caritas Switzerland Viet Nam, the project has achieved significant results in improving the educational service to children with disabilities and in developing the capabilities for teachers and caregivers that support the children. In order to sustain the results of the previous phase, Caritas Switzerland, Caritas Luxembourg and Hear The World Foundation funded Phase IV of the project from January 2013 to November 2014.

We are seeking a consultant to conduct an end-of-project evaluation of the “Support to hearing impaired children, especially of ethnic minorities” project with the attached TORs. Interested consultants can apply as a team or individually. CV, technical proposal (no more than 5 pages) and financial proposal (budget) presenting their understanding of the assignment, an evaluation plan including methodology, tools and process (work plan including dates) as well as reference details to the email address: [email protected] before 6 November 2014.
