Helen Keller International (HKI) is an international non-governmental organization. UNESCO is calling for submission of proposal for a review of communication strategies in poverty reduction and new rural development in Viet Nam, with focus on ethnic minorities.

The Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor Project in Quang Binh province (SRDP Quang Binh) is financed by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and operating in 6 districts Le Thuy, Quang Ninh, Bo Trach, Quang Trach, Tuyen Hoa and Minh Hoa of Quang Binh province, central region of Vietnam. The Project commences from 1st January 2014 to 31st December 2018.
