Oxfam in Vietnam is looking for a team of consultants to conduct a final evaluation for project entitled “Enhancing market access and promoting economic leadership for Raglai women in Ninh Thuan province” (Ninh Thuan WEL project) which is funded by Oxfam for a period 2011-2015.
