The Facility to Capacity Building project is a part of the Vietnam - Belgium 2011-2015 Indicative Cooperation Program that aims to improve the quality of human resources of Vietnam through strengthening the innovative and the management skills and capacities of Vietnamese individuals and targeted institutions. The project is jointly implemented by the Belgian Development Agency (BTC) and the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MoET).
In order to manage and execute efficiently and effectively the project activities, achieving the required outputs, outcome and impact of the project, BTC is looking for international and national consultants to to assist the PMU.
Since the year 2004 the Danish Association of the Disabled (DHF) has collaborated with the Danish Society of Polio and Accident Victims (PTU) regarding support to the disability sector in Vietnam. During an initial phase, the DHF administered PTU’s support, including assistance to a local partner, the “Disabled People’s Organization Hanoi” (DP Hanoi). Starting in 2014, the two organisations decided to support a project titled “Cooperation with Provincial DPO’s in Vietnam.” The project is financed by the Danish Disability Fund.
With a view to support the government with baseline information and technical advice for the development of the first-of-its-kind Decree on Voluntary Injury Insurance, the ILO seeks to hire a capable service provider to assess the actual situation and needs of informal workers concerning the voluntary employment insurance scheme. The main purpose of the expected tasks is to conduct research to assess the risks of occupational accidents and diseases for informal workers including young workers; relevant costs incurred in related to these injuries; and actual needs and payment capacity of the informal workers to the anticipated voluntary insurance fund.
