Its mission is to save the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged by combating the causes and consequences of blindness and malnutrition. We do this by establishing programs grounded in evidence-based research in eye health and nutrition.
From January 2013 to December 2014, LIN, in partnership with the Social Development Training Centre (SDTC) and Gail Nordheim Consulting are implementing a two-year project, funded by Irish Aid, to build the capacity of Vietnamese Not-for-Profit Organizations (VNPOs) in Ho Chi Minh City.
After nearly two years of project implementation, the implementing organizations and our donor feel the need to conduct an external evaluation of the project. The evaluation will help to assess the project’s impact, which is focused on organizational capacity development of Vietnamese not-for-profit organizations (VNPOs). It will also assess the relevance of the project outputs and outcomes to the goal and objectives of the project.
