The Strategic Partnership for Garment Supply Chain Transformation (SP) calls for Expressions of Interest from qualified evaluators or evaluator teams to participate in the End Term Evaluation of its 5 year programme (2016-2020). This evaluation will be carried out in the period February - August 2020.

Despite abortion being legally available in Vietnam, female sex workers face significant barriers to accessing services due to the illegality of sex work, stigma, discrimination by service providers, and lack of information. Funded by Grand Challenges Canada, Center for Promotion of Advancement of Society (CPAS) will be developing and implementing a mHealth intervention, entitled: ‘Mobile Connect’, to address unsafe abortion among female sex workers in Vietnam.
