Consultant for WatSan Project

Between 2017 and 2018, the Viet Nam Red Cross Society (VNRC) implements the project “Water and sanitation in Bac Kan province” with the financial support of Italian Red Cross.

Viet Nam Red Cross Society is currently seeking a Technical consultant to support the project with Terms of Reference as attached.

In responding to this request, the applicant(s) should include:

• University degree or higher in architecture or construction or irrigation;
• Proficiency in design software, graphics like AutoCad;
• Good knowledge and understanding of water and sanitation;
• At least 5 years of experience of working in watsan facility construction; 
• Priority will be given to candidates experienced in assisting programmes/ projects on watsan for community, especially ones implemented by the VNRC.
• Priority will be given to candidates experienced in working with ethnic minority groups.
