Consultant Team to Conduct Stakeholder Capacity Assessment

Organisation and project description: Plan International is an international humanitarian, child centered community development organization, without religious, political or governmental affiliation. Plan International Vietnam, in cooperation with the local authorities, is currently implementing projects in 9 provinces and cities in the northern and central regions of the country.

With the support from Belgium donors, Plan International Vietnam has initiated a project titled “We strive for a just world that advances children rights and equality for girls” (hereafter called the project), which will be implemented from July 2017 to December 2021 across 9 communes in Kon Tum and Lai Chau provinces. We are looking for consultant team to conduct stakeholder capacity assessment. Please find see the attachment for the TOR.
