Consultant Service to Conduct Baseline Survey for Health & Nutrition Component

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
Vacancy: Consultant to develop M&E plan, conduct baseline survey and refine an project implementation plan for the Health and Nutrition component of “Northern Mountain integrated Child Nutrition Improvement” project (JSDF project) in Yen Bai and Son La provinces.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development of the M&E plan and technical proposal for baseline survey;
  • Undertaking of the Baseline Survey and Refinement to the Draft M&E Plan
  • Elaboration on the Implementation Plan and revision of the result frame work

Key Competencies:

Essential

  • Master Degree or higher on Health and Nutrition 
  • Good skills and 6-10 years of relevant experiences in Health and Nutrition field and M&E, research, capability of using qualitative and quantity research methodologies and participation methodology proficiently.
  • Good analysis and report writing skills
  • Good communication skills in English.
