Consultant Research Assistant for Supporting Development of Policies for Administration to Workers’ Representative Organisations

In collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), ILO is supporting the national industrial relations framework to be consistent with the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in the framework of a technical co-operation project entitled Developing and Implementing a New Industrial Relations Framework in respect of the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. In order to achieve the set objectives, the ILO would support the Government’s capacity to meet the emerged requirements, including new rules on workers' representative organisations (WRO) administration, given the revised labour code. On such basis, the NIRF Project seeks to engage a consultant research assistant to support ILO expert consultants to gather comparative national information, models and legal texts on Government Policies for the administration of workers’ representative organizations.
