CONSULTANT TO PREPARE MATERIAL AND CONDUCT TRAINING ON ADVOCACY SKILLS AND

SOCIO-ECONOMIC AFFAIRS RELATING TO THE YOUTH IN YEN BAI PROVINCE

Center For Sustainable Development of Mountainous Communities (SUDECOM) is seeking a consultant:

SCOPE OF WORK

The Consultant will be expected to conduct the following tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting 01 training course on the improvement of advocacy skills relating to socio-economic affairs affecting to the youth and prepare Advocacy plan for project management boards, Civil Social Organizations and the youth from 9 project communes;
• Assistance after the training to finalize the Advocacy Plan of Socio-economic affairs relating to the youth.
• Prepare a report after the training course.

EXPERTISE REQUIRED

Qualification: Bachelor in Social sciences, Economic management: Public Policy; Sociology, Social Work, Law, Economics, Political Economy

Experiences:

• At least 8 years of experience in sectors of Advocacy of policy and  Advocacy of policy planning, especially those relating to socio-economic affairs affecting the youth, such as: start-up programs for the youth, vocational training,…
• Having experiences in working with State agencies, policy making agencies, and local civil social organizations…
