Consultant or group of consultants on development of additional materials and ToT on career orientation

The Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB) is a non-profit organization that by order of the Flemish and the Belgian government contributes to the improvement of the quality of education in developing countries. The Multi Year Plan 2008-2013 and the Programme Operational Plan 2011-2013 in Vietnam are built on the foundations laid in the past, i.e. teacher training especially through Environmental Education (EE) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and Educational Management.

VVOB is seeking for a consultant or group of consultants to help on development of additional materials and deliver training of trainers on career orientation for secondary education in Nghe An and Quang Nam Provinces. Please the attached ToR for full details
