PATH has been implementing the project called “Communities for Healthy Hearts Plus” to collaborate with the health authorities, local stakeholders (both health and non-health sectors) to design a comprehensive approach toward cardiovascular (CV) disease risk reduction in the HCMC population, leveraging data and frontier technologies and integrated into both the primary health care system and community settings that are sustainable and scalable.

PATH is seeking a Consultant - Marketing and Communication Lead based in HCMC to serve as a key focal point to provide guidance and manage the project marketing and communication activities implementation.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Project Director, specific responsibilities include:

• Lead strategic partner recruitment and onboarding, allowing for co-branding opportunities through incentives, sponsorships fundraising and new public-private financing models for digital health public services.
• Launch and execute pre-exiting marketing plan for novel app-based digital health service with focus on attracting new users, referral and retaining existing users.
• Engage with multi-sectoral and strategic partners (including private and non-health sectors), key opinion leaders to drive CV risk awareness and generate community demand on CV risk self-screening.
• Develop and execute the affiliated marketing and communication strategies and plans for digital health tools for CV risk detection and management (see the link songkhoe.org.vn for further information on the digital tools)
• Serve as the focal point person for coordinating with national/provincial partners and mass media for communication activities.
• Work with clinical experts, government partners, and communication agencies to prepare behavioral change communication materials and advertise them on various media, online and offline channels.
• Monitor the project’s webpage and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
• Track progress and outcomes from community mobilization and communication activities, and prepare quarterly reports.

Required skills and experience:

• BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or relevant field. Master Degree is preferable.
• At least 5-year experience in marketing campaigns on social media and mass media and experience in affiliated marketing strategies and execution.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken in both Vietnamese and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in multicultural teams and partners.
• Able to generate creative, practical approaches to overcome challenging situations.

Must have legal authorization to work in Vietnam.
