Expressions of Interest – External Collaborator Contract

The ILO CO Hanoi Industrial Relations Project is seeking a qualified consultant in Vietnam to develop a monthly reporting template for VGCL pilot implementing units; provide logistic preparation for VGCL next review meeting in June; and translate some Project materials over the next 7 weeks.
