Consultant for Final Evaluation of Project (RVNB04) “Building Resilience to Disaster and Climate Risks of Men and Women in Ben Tre Province

We are looking for a consultant for Final Evaluation of Project (RVNB04) “Building resilience to disaster and climate risks of men and women in Ben Tre province, Vietnam”. Please find the attached ToR for further information.
