Consultant to Develop Training Package on SOGIE-based Bullying

Vacancy: Consultant to Develop Training Package on SOGIE-based Bullying

Main Responsibilities:

The consultant will take account for developing a training package for school-based training activities in order to build capacity for students and teachers in supporting victims of SOGI-based bullying.

Expected deliverables: After this two-day and a half ToR has been signed, a training package designed to build capacity of teachers and students on supporting victims of SOGIE-based bullying is expected to be completed that will include some items as follows:

  • An agenda for the training with specific activities based on participatory methodology of trainee;
  • Training/facilitating methodology for each activity mentioned in the agenda;
  • A power point presentation file designed for the training.

Key Competencies:

  • Hold a at least bachelor’s degree;
  • Have a professional background and more than 5-year experience in practising anti-bullying based on SOGIE training;
  • Possess skills and methodology of working with students and teachers; and
  • Have advanced skills in communication and report writing.
