Consultants needed to develop and conduct short-term training courses for SMEs on Digital Transformation

The International Executive Service Corps (www.iesc.org) implements the USAID funded LinkSME project to improve the performance of SMEs and integrate them into lead-firm supply chains.

While SMEs are increasingly knowledgeable about the general benefits of digital transformation, many lack basic knowledge of where and how to begin. Over the past several months, MPI’s Agency for Enterprise Development (AED) has gathered and developed a substantial amount of training material as part of its “Program for National Digital Transformation by 2025 with Orientations Towards 2030 (Digital Transformation Program)”. These need to be reviewed, standardized, supplemented, and packaged into training courses for the three target groups of the project: 1) SMEs’ upper management; 2) SMEs’ IT experts; and 3) members of a “Mentoring Network” of consultants that would support SMEs to enhance their business through digital transformation.

In support of this effort, USAID LinkSME, in cooperation with the AED, will engage 03 consultants to develop and conduct short-term training courses on digital transformation for the three mentioned target groups.
