Consultant to Conduct Evaluation of the Results of District-level Capacity Building on Developing and Implementing the Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan

Centre for Marinelife Conservation and Community Development (MCD) is looking for an consultant to conduct evaluation of the results of district-level capacity building on developing and implementing the Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan, within the framework of the project “Red River Delta Adaption & Youth” (READY), funded by USAID. Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit a profile, which should include:

• CVs of the consultant (s)
• A proposal of project evaluation plan

Deadline for submission: by 17.00 March 11, 2018.

The successful proposal will be selected on a competitive basis, with considerations on quality of the technical proposal and the cost-effectiveness of the financial proposal.
