CARE is looking for Consultant for final evaluation, project: "Improving the Participation and Voice of Ethnic Minorities (Nghe An project)".This project specifically aims to address the lack of capacity of the Nghe An People’s Council (Nghe An PCL) to effectively oversee national programmes for poverty reduction and ethnic minorities in a way that improves impact and sustainability, and empowers ethnic minority people to participate and have a voice in decision making.
