Consultancy Team for Assignment named Survey and Formative Evaluation of the Integrated Early Childhood Development (IECD) Programme

UNICEF Viet Nam is seeking a professional consultancy team for an assignment named Survey and Formative Evaluation of the Integrated Early Childhood Development (IECD) Programme in Vietnam.

Purpose: (i) collect data on the IECD 'program’s situation in a qualitative and quantitative manner based on of the benchmark indicators and to (ii) evaluate the' program's effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

Duration: December 2020 – Oct 2021

Location: Three project provinces of Dien Bien, Gia Lai and Kon Tum, Viet Nam

UNICEF Viet 'Nam's Country Programme 2017-2021 is designed to, among others, strengthen the enabling legal and policy environment for IECD (Integrated Early Childhood Development) at the national level and strengthen the local capacities to develop an IECD model to be implemented in selected districts and communes of three provinces: Gia Lai, Kon Tum, and Dien Bien.
