We are looking for a Vietnamese national Consultant for:

Vacancy: TRANSLATE AND EDIT THE “POSITIVE IN EVERYDAY PARENTING” PARENT BOOK, FACILITATOR MANUAL, PARENT AND FACILITATOR WORKBOOKS

Main Objectives: With the purpose of sharing knowledge and experience to a greater number of readers/ parents, and precisely convey the content and spirit of the books to Vietnamese, especially to project facilitators, an experienced consultant will be hired to translate three key materials, including “Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting” Parent Book, Facilitator Manual, Parent and Facilitator Workbooks.

Key Competencies:

Essential

  • Proven experiences in translating books, IEC documents, manual, etc… is essential;
  • Excellent in language skills, especially strong in child psychology, child development and parenting terminologies;
  • Have advanced knowledge on child development and child psychology is preferred;
  • Experienced in working in NGOs environment and working in child-related issues;
  • Be open-minded and harmonized with critical comments and opinions;
  • High responsibility and commitment to the assigned tasks.
