The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Global Aaffairs Canada. The project is implemented from 2014 to 2020. The final objectives of the project are to increase the number and enhance the competitive capacity of SMEs in Tra Vinh.

The project has three components:

• Component 1: Develop SMEs
• Component 2: Build small scale infra -structure works supporting SMEs development.
• Component 3: Build capacity of public sector supporting SMEs development.

The project is now offering a bidd package: Consultancy service for development of a comprehensive capacity building program based on product and business development periods for cocomnut enterprises and cooperatives.

Price for bidding documents: 500.000 vnd (Five hundred thousand vnd)
