Consultancy Service for Development and Delivery of Training Modules for Improvement of Planning and Management Skills of Provincial and District Health Staff

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services including:

1.Training Needs Assessment (TNA) (including survey, gap analysis and design of all training materials);
2.Piloting training; and
3.Detailed training plans and delivery of training for Improvement of Planning and Management Skills of Provincial and District Health Staff.

on behalf of Project VIE/027 receiving financial support from the Governments of Viet Nam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any legally established company or firm governed by private law, or grouping of such established in Viet Nam, specialised in design of survey instrument, gap analysis and design of all training materials and delivery of training for health management staff.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in design of survey instrument, gap analysis and design of all training materials and delivery of training.

The start of the contract is foreseen sas soon as possible and a performance period of tentative 150 days (5 months). Interested services providers must be available intermittently based on the Project approved implantation/intervention schedule for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Hanoi, Cao Bang and Bac Kan provinces and/or other places in Viet Nam when the service required.

The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to Euro 41,000 (forty one thousand euros).

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer in English will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) candidates evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
