American Red Cross is currently looking for Consultancy service for Comprehensive Model for Community Resilience in Vietnam (CMCR) Project Baseline Study 2021 with TOR attached. The CMCR project will be implemented by Consortium of the American Red Cross (with and through Vietnam Red Cross), Catholic Relief Services, HelpAge International, Plan International and Save the Children International.
