The project on Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction and Income Diversification for ethnic minorities of Viet Nam, supported by CBM Germany, is being implemented by National Institute of Agricultural Planning & Projection (NIAPP) and local partners for a period of 3 years (2015-2017) in Kon Tum, the Central Highland, Viet Nam.

Overall goal of the Project is to enhance the resilience to disaster risk reduction and diversification of income for the people including disable people in 11 wards and communes of Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province of Vietnam.

Specific objectives of the Project are to enhance knowledge and skills of people including people with disabilities in disaster risk reduction and income diversification for local communities (focus to disabled people). Additionally, project to enhance attitude and consultations to the stakeholders at the national and local levels on inclusion of disabled people in disaster risk reduction and income diversification good models; and finally to develop related materials on disabled people in disaster risk reduction and income diversification, this will be broadening at the national level.

The objective of consultancy is to make a comprehensive video on disability inclusive disaster reduction and divesification of income in Kon Tum province, Vietnam as part of project closure activities.

The scope of work; expected deliverables and other information are described in the ToR, attached with this. It is expected to implement and complete the scope of work from 06/8/2018 until 15/10/2018.

The applicant’s team should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in undertaking video assignment for an organization with demonstrated attractive professional portfolio.
• Understanding of local context and developments in Kon Tum or Highlands Vietnam;
• Well equipped with professional grade videography/photography equipment
• Proven post production experience creating video stories;
• Demonstrate an understanding of the communication requirements of a non-profit organization
