Consultancy for Developing and Implementing Child Labour Free Certification Scheme for Enterprises in Viet Nam

In partnership with MOLISA as the key Government of Viet Nam partner, and its Department of Child Affairs as implementing focal point, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the new project on “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam” (2015-2019) with the financial support from United States Department of Labour (USDOL).

MOLISA will take the lead in overseeing the development of a Vietnamese child labour free certification scheme in collaboration with Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL), Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA) and the
ILO ENHANCE project.

As part of this effort, the ILO ENHANCE project is looking for a service agency with expertise and experience in sustainability certifications to initiate this process.

Interested agencies/consulting teams should submit their proposal to the ENHANCE project, with the inclusion of the following:

  • Detailed technical proposal, including CVs, institutional capacity, strategies and activities and anticipated workplan/timeframe.
  • Financial proposal with breakdown of expected implementation costs

Deadline for submissions: Extend to 5 p.m. 27 December 2019
