Consultancy to Design and Conduct Training Course on Project Management

Vietnam Red Cross is looking for a Consultant (or a team of Consultant) to design and conduct a training on Project Management for staff of a Water and Sanitation Project of Vietnam Red Cross, funded by German Red Cross and Australian Red Cross. Please find attached the TOR in English and Vietnamese.

Deadline for the application is 5pm, May 27th 2013.
