Consultancy for Country Strategic Plan (2020-2025) Baseline Survey

Our work supports marginalised children and youth, especially adolescent girls, to start life and grow up physically and mentally healthy and as adolescents so they are leading the way to shape their own future. We believe girls have the power to change the world. Our ambition is to work alongside them and together take action so that 2 million girls in Vietnam can learn, lead, decide and thrive by 2025.

Plan International Vietnam (PIV) started with the new CSP from July 2020-June 2025 focusing on gender equality and girl rights, with the two specific objectives:

• Girls grow up physically and mentally healthy (girls aged 0 – 10);
• Girls are ready to shape their future (girls aged 11 – 24);

Objectives of CSP baseline: The objective of this baseline survey is to measure values of the predefined indicators (38) at outcome and impact levels at the time the CSP commences. The value of each of the indicators are with sex segration when possible.

Timeframe: The baseline study expected to conduct during the period from mid of Oct 2020 to 15 Dec 2020.

The draft report need to be submitted to Plan by Dec 31 2020 and the final report should be completed no later by Jan 15 2021. 

Location: In Ha Noi and five provinces (Hagiang, LaiChau, Quang Binh, Quang tri and Kontum).
