CARE in Vietnam is looking for a Vietnamese candidate to fill the position of Communications Specialist, this position is expected to lead communications strategy, plan and activities of CARE International in Vietnam, as well as to provide communication support and advice for all programmes including policy advocacy work. Communications Specialist works closely with Senior Management Team and programme staff to promote CARE image and profile through digital communications channels and other communication materials including publication, print, video and online products for internal and external audience.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is supporting the development of the Hanoi Metro Railway System which will provide an integrated, sustainable public transport system in the city. A communication strategy has been developed to support the Metro system. In implementing the strategy, websites, social media platforms, and brand collaterals for the project will be developed.

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Hanoi is seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time position of Communications Officer at the Economic Section. 20 hours/week.

Overall responsibility

The Communications Officer is primarily responsible to improve the communications around the bilateral economic relations between Vietnam and the Netherlands. To contribute to increased visibility of the Netherlands and the Dutch economic priority sectors in Vietnam. He/she is accountable to the Head of Economic Affairs.
