The Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking self-motivated and well-organised candidates to fill the full time Communications & Research Officer/Interpreter position (LE4).

Working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Communications and Research Officer assists with the development and implementation of strategic communications, public diplomacy, research and social media activities to promote Australia’s interests in Vietnam.

Applicants should have strong experience working in communications, including digital communications; and providing research and analysis on issues.

The successful applicant will be offered an initial contract for a 12-month period, and the Embassy will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 28,364,925 to VND 31,364,508, depending on skills and experience.
