Communications Assistant

The FSSP Coordination Office, an independent unit in MARD, works to support, coordinate and inspire local, national and international FSSP partners to contribute to and develop a socially, environmentally and economically sustainable forest sector. By working with key stakeholders and applying a participatory, multi-disciplinary and sector-wide approach, the CO improves sectoral collaboration and performance. The CO develops, applies and builds capacity to use effective information systems, and mobilize resources to support sectoral priorities.

FSSP Coordination Office is seeking a Vietnamese citizen to fulfil the position of Communications Assistant who will be responsible for:

- Assisting in preparing and arranging the publication of leaflets, posters and other materials when required;
- Assisting in developing video about FSSP;
- Assisting in collecting stories and editing periodical newsletters;
- Publishing documents;
- Assisting in updating FSSP websites;
- Assisting in organizing FSSP events when required;
- Implementing other activities assigned by the office leaders.

Qualifications and skills:

- At least one-year experience in communications activity, especially leaflets, posters development and events organizations;
- Experience in development organization is preferred;
- Good written and spoken English skill;
- Good computer skill;
- Ability to work under pressure, good team work spirit.
