Business Incubation Expert; InnoFund Secretary

The “Support to the Innovation and Development of Business Incubators Policy Project” (BIPP) is a five-year bilateral project signed between the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam that has been designed to improve the policy framework for technology business incubation: an essential element of increasing the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises. The project will support the Ministry of Science and Technology to develop an appropriate enabling environment for the establishment and growth of technology business incubators and their S&T clients. The resultant changes in policy and legal framework will be field tested through two technology incubators (one in Hanoi and one in HCMC) and through a pilot capacity building fund (InnoFund) which will support the management of other established incubators and their tenants throughout Vietnam.  Best practice and lessons learnt will be captured through a comprehensive monitoring system and the results feedback into further policy development.

The Project is now recruiting 02 positions:

1. Project Position: Business Incubation Expert

• Duty Station:  Hanoi with frequent travel to HCMC.
• Duration of Service: The incumbent will be contracted for 18 months.
• Salary: The project offers a competitive remuneration package.

2. Project Position: InnoFund Secretary

• Duty Station:  Hanoi.
• Duration of Service: The incumbent will be contracted for 18 months
• Salary: The project offers a competitive remuneration package.
