PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified agency to organzie the Community Malaria Screening events in Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Binh Phuoc and Khanh Hoa. Please study the details in the attached RFP  and submit your quotation paying attention to the followings: 

1. Properly signed and stamped your quotation 

2. Send your quotation via one of the followings:

• Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
• Send it via post to the above-mentioned address 

Note: The costs for item 2 and 3 are fixed. Selected agency will pay to beneficiary on behalf of PSI.

The deadline for submitting question, clarification is 12:00 22 August 2019. All questions must be sent to email address [email protected] . PSI’s clarification will be shared to all vendors.

The deadline for submitting quotation is 12:00 26 August 2019. Quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
